The Kitzbühel - Austrian Tennis Open - 12th - 20th of July 2008
Come and see some of the worldís best tennis players fight it out in this ATP tour classic to take home the prize money of €625,000. The Austrian open draws a range of famous faces who descend on Kitzbuhel for a week of tennis and parties. In the previous years, players such as Ferrer, La Pente, Corretja and Aussie Legend Wayne Authurs were out and about.

In English it translates as the "Year Market" and is our very own beerfest running for nearly 80 years. It starts at 16.00hr and goes till late at a price of just £4 per person. A must for people who love lederhosen, great beers, tasty food and busty women.

Kitzbühel Mountain Bike Race - 15th August 2008
Come and watch the bikers climb over 900m of vertical height in just over 45 minutes over grades of 16%, all set in the beautiful Hanenkamm ski area. The gondolas will wisk you up there to the best vantage point without even raising a sweat
Kitzbühler Horn Road Run - 31st August 2008
Every year thousands of fitness enthusiasts from across Europe challenge to be the first to the top of the Kitzb¸heler horn (1,996m). It's a grueling 12.9km with grades reaching an awesome 22%. Sit up the top, after the cruising cable car ride, to watch the runners cross the finish line.
Kitz Alp Bike - 27th of June - 29th of June 2008
A massive Mountain bike race held over two days that covers the pros to the people doing it for fun and fitness. Enjoy a day watching or competing with a breathtaking backdrop.
Elite Race - 88km over 3800m vertical metres
Middle distance - 45km over 2000m vertical metres
Hobby / Fun race - 24km over 88 vertical metres
Kitzbuhel World Cup Triathlon - 15th - 20th of July 2008
Bringing the big guns of the triathlon world to Kitz for a sprint race and an Olympic distance race of 5 days. Set at the beautiful Schwarsee, this is a premier event for the summer.
Harley Davidson Festival rd - 36th of July 2008
Held in Kitzbühels old city, this event has been running for the last few years with hundreds of flash Harleys from old and young. Itís more of a glamour fest than a bikers meet with boys and their toys and the ever present glamour girls. The Party is on the Saturday night with burnouts being a must for all riders. Entrance is free
International Austrian bike challenge - 28th July - 29th July 2008
Watch the pro teams of the cycling world race it out in Kiztbühel over 2 days.
The first day is the finish in Kitzbühels old city. The second day a 10km time trial up the Kitzbüheler Horn with gradients around 22%.
Come and cheer them likes Germanys T-Mobile and Gerlosteiner battle it out in a beautiful town.
Tour of Germany Road Race
Up there with the likes of the Tour de France, Giro and the Vuelta, this is a huge event and will have all the top teams battling it out. A prologue and stage start over tow days in the stunning area. This isn't to be missed.
